This bike was created to cut and thrust on the city streets and down your favourite back road. It’s built tough to survive the rough and tumble of modern life – being the street version of the legendary XT series, as made famous in the gruelling Paris-Dakar rally.
An engine with punch
Crucial for a tough street bike, this engine’s alive with punchy horsepower, but the lightweight single-cylinder engine also offers 60.0 Nm of torque for incredible acceleration at low revs.
Super-responsive
Everything from the ground up is designed for an ultra-responsive performance. There’s fuel injection for instant throttle response, while ultra-agile handling is aided by 43 mm front forks and swingarm Monocross rear suspension.
Tough steel frame
For all the traction and turning you’ll ever need, the XT660X’s rigid steel diamond frame exudes toughness and uses wheels sporting fat tyres on 17 inch alloy rims.
Total control
For superb braking performance on city streets or on country roads, this machine is equipped with a huge, full-floating 320 mm front disc. The bike’s racy riding position puts you totally in control, too.
